Frequently Asked Questions on Kidz Rule Parties

- How far in advance do I need to book a party?
Birthday parties book up quickly.  We recommend scheduling 1-2 months in advance to assure you get the party and time you want.

- How do I schedule a party at Kidz Rule?
Call us at 267-421-5764 and we would be happy to help you find a date and time that works for you.

- Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $50-$100 is required depending on the type of party you book.

- I don’t want to book a party, but am just going to bring in a group of kids to play.  Is this allowed?
Yes, however keep in mind you can only bring in cake and order food if you have a booked party.

- Will my party be completely private?
We have many different options available including a completely private party.  

- Can I bring my own food to my party?
No outside food or beverages are permitted at Kidz Rule with the exception of cake for booked birthday parties.  We do offer a variety of reasonably priced food options that you can add to your party package.

- Can I bring my own Goody bags and balloons?
If you are not purchasing Kidz Rule’s popular goody bags or balloon packages, you may bring your own.  Kidz Rule does charge a fee of $1.00 per balloon if we have to inflate your balloons (whether it’s our helium or yours).

- Do I need to bring anything else for my party?
All you need to bring is a cake and candles.  We supply all paper products, cups, utensils and a lighter.   If you choose, you can bring balloons, themed paper products, small decorations, etc.  Remember, all participants must have socks. 

- Are gratuities appropriate?
Our staff is specially trained to supervise your event from start to finish.  If you feel they have done an exceptional job, gratuities are welcome and appreciated.

- What do I do if I need to reschedule my party?
Please call us as soon as possible, but no later than 24h before your party date.  Failure to give 24h notice will result in you being responsible for all food that was ordered for your party.  You may reschedule your party for any open time within 3 months of the original date.  Please remember your deposit is non-refundable – no exceptions to this will be made.  In the event of a significant weather event such as a snowstorm, the same policy applies. 

- Can I bring an ice cream cake for my party?
Kidz Rule does not have a freezer to keep your ice cream cake frozen.  If you wish to bring an ice cream cake, you should bring a cooler with ice to keep it frozen.

- Can my party re-enter the playrooms after our allotted playtime is over?
No, once your allotted playtime is over, your party will not be permitted to re-enter the playrooms.  If any of your guests wish to continue playing after your party is over they may purchase an open play wristband for ½ price.
